Royalston deed filings show scattered sales, most prices undisclosed
Nine Royalston properties changed hands between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $3,500 to $160,000, with a median of $30,000. The month's top disclosed sale was 7 New Boston Rd at $160,000, sold by Zachary H. Hastbacka to GFA Federal Credit Union. No street saw more than one sale, and six of the nine deeds, including two involving mortgage-servicing entities, listed no sale price, limiting how much can be concluded about overall market conditions this period.
