Royalston Home Prices Span $20,000 to $160,000 in August Sales
Royalston recorded ten property deeds between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only three disclosed a sale price: $160,000 for 7 New Boston Road (to GFA Federal Credit Union), $30,000 for 21 River Road, and $20,000 for 239 Deland Road, giving a disclosed-price median of $30,000. The other seven transfers, on streets including Brown Road, Pleasant Street and Norcross Road, listed no consideration amount, a common feature of deed records. Six of the ten deeds involved a mortgage lender, servicer or credit union as buyer or seller. With most prices undisclosed, the data offers limited basis for judging overall market tone this period.
