The month's top recorded sale was 21 South Royalston Rd. at $200,000, sold by Frank Hugh Byers to Louis J. Bacci III and Paige A. Bacci. South Royalston Road saw three transfers from the same seller on a single day, and at least four deeds involved mortgage lenders or credit unions rather than private buyers. With 12 of 15 sales still awaiting recorded prices, the overall tone of September's market is not yet fully visible in the data.
