Royalston recorded nine property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only two deeds disclosed a sale price: $30,000 for 21 River Rd and $20,000 for 239 Deland Rd, putting the disclosed price range at $20,000 to $30,000 with a median of $25,000. The other seven transfers, including several involving mortgage-related entities such as Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., Wells Fargo Bank NA and Freedom Mortgage Corp, carried no listed consideration amount. With price data missing on most filings, the deed record does not support a read on overall market direction this period.
