Ten Royalston properties changed hands between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, per Worcester County Registry of Deeds records, but only two of the ten deeds disclosed a sale price: $30,000 for 21 River Road and $160,000 for 7 New Boston Road, the period's top sale. The median of the two disclosed prices was $95,000. Two deeds on Aug. 28 involved addresses on Fitzwilliam Road, and two transactions involved the town of Royalston as a seller. With 80% of deeds lacking a disclosed price, the data shows a steady pace of transfers but offers limited visibility into overall sale values this period.
