Royalston deed filings show 10 property transfers in July, only one price disclosed
Ten property transfers were recorded in Royalston between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $201,973 for 10 North Fitzwilliam Road, sold by Ryan and Todd Basso to Guild Mortgage Co. LLC. With price data missing from nine of 10 transactions, no meaningful price range, median, or market trend can be calculated for the month. Pleasant Street and Fitzwilliam Road each saw two recorded sales. Banks, credit unions, or mortgage companies appeared as a party on five of the 10 deeds, and one transfer was between two utility companies rather than residential buyers and sellers.
